⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I have been a patient at The Eye Site of Bluffton for several years, and I truly cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Jen and her entire staff! Dr. Jen is absolutely amazing. She is incredibly thorough, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about her patients. I have a family history of macular degeneration. Because of this, I naturally have concerns about my eye health. Dr. Jen has always gone above and beyond to carefully examine my eyes, establish detailed baselines, and monitor even the smallest changes over time. What I appreciate most is that she never dismisses my concerns. She takes the time to explain everything, answer my questions, and provide reassurance while still being extremely diligent about my eye health. That combination of expertise, compassion, and attention to detail means so much to me. I also want to recognize her entire staff. Everyone is consistently friendly, welcoming, helpful, and professional. From the moment you walk through the door, you feel genuinely cared for. It's rare to find a practice where you have such confidence in both the doctor and the entire team. I am so grateful to have found Dr. Jen and The Eye Site of Bluffton and would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone looking for exceptional eye care!

Went there to get my eyes checked for a yearly exam. Staff was great and helpful, it's relatively quite with soft music playing in the background and getting lenses doesn't take particularly long. All in all, great place and for those who don't know, you CAN bring your most recent prescription paper so they can make lenses for your already owned frames

I have been going to Eye Site of Bluffton for many years. They are the best and always take great care if me. Dr. Switak is awesome. She is kind and always takes time to answer my questions

The staff were polite and professional. The eye doctor was very humble and knowledgeable. I needed a faster completion time than what they offered. I suggest the offer a emergency frame like the brand OOMADE. Those frames are fast and eco-friendly, considering it's a temporary pair.

The staff at The Eye Sight were exceptionally professional, friendly, and efficient. Dr. Rob was thorough and took the time to explain in layman’s terms, what he doing during the exam, and why. It was a good experience.
